US DOT COMPLIANCE SERVICES

New Entrant Program: (Part 385.301)

Beginning January 1, 2003, all new motor carriers (both private & for hire) domiciled in the United States & Canada and operating in interstate commerce must apply and display a USDOT registration number. (USDOT Number).

After a new entrant satisfies all applicable pre-operational requirements (securing a USDOT number) they will be subject to the new entrant safety monitoring procedures for a period of 18 months. These new entrant procedures will include a mandatory USDOT Safety Compliance Audit.

DRIVER ASAP PROGRAM

Our Driver Annual Safety Assessment Program (ASAP) will conduct & document the drivers' annual review for all of your company drivers as per DOT regulations. $69 Setup fee includes 1 driver, $49 each additional driver.

CORRECTIVE ACTION PLANS

Effective December 17, 2009 any new entrant that fails their safety audit will have 45 days to correct the safety violation(s) and submit proof of the correction along with a corrective action plan to the DOT or they will have their DOT number suspended. Our compliance specialist can make these filings for you while assisting you in correcting the violation(s). SAFETY AUDIT ASSISTANCE

Need professional assistance with your audit? Then our "audit assistance" is for you. Your records will be reviewed before your audit to access compliance and correct any violations which may be remedied in the time allowed before your audit. Our compliance specialist will then assist you while your audit is being conducted. Corrective action (if needed) can then be implemented based on the results of your safety audit in a timely manner reducing the risk of suspension.
